Stir well before and during application with a flat paddle using an up and down scooping action. Mask all adjacent surfaces that are not needed for the application. Use a brush to apply to any edges and hard-to-reach places. Use a roller to apply 1st coat evenly across the surface. Work in small sections, slightly overlap the previous section to minimize raised edges. Gently go over the surface in the same direction with an unloaded roller using minimal pressure to give a smooth consistent finish. Allow to fully dry before applying the 2nd coat. NOTE: For increased slip resistance, particularly around wet areas, pool surrounds and steps, please add Dulux Concrete and Paving Anti-Slip Additive.
Do not pour left over paint down the drain. Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper, allowed to dry and then disposed of via domestic waste collections. Empty paint containers should be left open in a well ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via recycling programs. Disposal of empty containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities. Check with your local council to confirm local recycling programs. Alternatively, keep unwanted paint in sealed containers for disposal via special chemical waste collections.
