Frequently asked questions
The Dulux Trade Direct app is a great little tool to have in the tool belt for business owners of a small paint, render or multi-trade business. You must be an existing Dulux Trade Direct customer with EITHER a 30 Day Credit account OR Cash account.
You can join up online by simply completing the online application form OR head in to your nearest Dulux Trade Centre, Paint Spot or Inspirations and ask one of our friendly staff members to join you up and start enjoying the benefits immediately.
If you are an existing customer, please call the Dulux Account team who will be able to assist with your account details. The Dulux Account team can be contacted on 1300 555 169, 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday AEST.
All customers have the option to pay by credit or debit card for orders placed using the Dulux Trade Direct app. 30 Day Credit Account customers will also have the option to pay using their account. Accepted cards are Visa and MasterCard.
