How do I create an account?

To create a new account, follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to the sign-up page and enter your email (it can be the same as your old account email).

Step 2

Click send verification code and check your email for the code (please check your junk/spam folder). It may take a few minutes.

Step 3

Enter the code we sent to your email in the verification code field.

Step 4

Create a new password and fill in your personal details. Make sure that you select either a personal or Specifier (for architects, designers, students etc.).

Step 5

Complete all of the details required then select save details.

Step 6

Your account is now created. Enjoy the benefits of a Dulux account.

Having trouble creating an account?

If you’re having trouble setting up an account, call our friendly Help and Advice team on 13 23 77 (select option 4 if you're a specifier).

Why do I need an account with Dulux?

While you don’t need an account, with an account you can manage and view the orders that you place online with us. You can also update your contact and delivery details at any time.

I already have a login and password with Dulux, can I use my old login details?

You’ll need to re-register on our new website and set a new password.

When you first register, you’ll be asked to enter your email address (it can be the same email as your old login) and a verification code will be sent to your email.

Enter the code into the field verification code field on the registration form. You can then enter and confirm your new password and create your account.

What needs to be included in my password?

Your password must be between 8 and 64 characters.

It must have at least 3 of the following:

• a lowercase letter

• an uppercase letter

• a number

• a symbol (@ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ’ , ? / ` ~ ” ( ) ; .)

How long will I stay logged in?

You’ll be logged in for 14 days unless you sign yourself out. After 14 days you’ll be asked to log in again.

Can I still use my specifier promo code?

If you sign out as a guest you’ll still be able to use your promo code as a Specifier for the next 6 months.

To ensure you receive specifier benefits, please create/re-register your specifier account and include your business name and ABN.

I accidentally created a personal account, but I want a Specifier account

If you’ve accidentally created a personal account but are a specifier and would like a professional specifier (such as an interior designer, architect, etc.) account please contact our Help and Advice team.
